Going out on a limb with DOJ 25 Cities for either Baltimore MD or something
more local with FIFA  

632xxxx on ICE/HSI are generally observed in NY/NJ but a stray or two heard
in Maine and Worcester MA over the years

 

170.2125  NAC 151  RID 100xxxx  P25c  traffic - Great Catch

Nothing here in the Northeast for $151, however 170.5125 has generally been
found as DoE in other regions

Going to make an wild suggestion that this is your back-yard DoE and that
assumption is only based on them using $141

 

173.7375  NAC 167  RID 337xxxx  P25e/c  (vy active)

NY RID, but new frequency for my notes or is the repeater elsewhere and
getting spiked by a band opening..

 

173.5000  NAC 167  RID 356xxxx  P25e  (D.C. FO?)

New Freq for DC or is/was a DC unit getting into the Philly Repeater with
the band open ?
