Same here (FEMA) in Boston, it is in my regular rotation and a couple of
them have still been patched to the FIFA Network of channels.

167.8500 Analog ?   Interesting as they had been P25 $146 in the past

167.2875 $167 - my notes indicate a possible NYC input, to a couple of
targets 
Next time you get this try 171.4250, 172.0750 or 173.6625

167.8375 ?  typo ?  Did you mean 168.8375 which is generally CBP Air-1
Also did you hear them use Omaha ? as different regions the call sigh has
changed...
