generally a "White House Field Office" channel/Dignitary protection -
usually VPOTUS - nationally available and in some areas a REPEATER vs the
normal SIMPEX
Other than POTUS who was attending the Meadowlands FIFA ??

172.6250 $167 - Albany FO RID, but likely being heard on your Long Island
Repeater
That repeater is known to hear other repeaters, normally the Boston FO /
Nantucket Repeater
No notes for any Albany FO Repeaters on either Frequency

173.7375 $167 NYC FO - shared with NJ - likely the NY SOG B-13

406.2375 $3C2 
Freq is not known for our region, but has some NASA assignments elsewhere
And the only logged notes for the NAC that I have is a VA in Chicago but not
that frequency - sit on it again and see if you get more
