Last Notes for them in your area are from the Analog dayz and I don't think
anyone nailed down a Repeater Site/Location
As I only have NJ/NY area

However, just a side not, there is a Rhode island repeater but with you
hearing JFK it is more local to you

but that is Customs, I checked Fed Files only thing listed was U.S.
Postal inspectors on 169.2250 but I know it is not them... TRACON
