9/15/25: The meeting was called to order at the Wauseon Municipal Building Firemen's Training Room, 230 Clinton Street, Wauseon, OH 43567 at 7:01 pm by President Bryan Patterson (KB8ELG). 20 members and guests were in attendance in-person and virtually via livestream and the Pledge of Allegiance was given.

Radiogram Presentation: Mike W8MAL. Lucas County ARES. Traffic and Training Net. Excellent Presention. Message handling practice. Learn properly– practice in a room with people. 

Winter Hamfest 12/6/25 9:00am-1:00pm. The Delta American Legion Post No. 373. FCARC Event Swag budget discussed– ~$250. Motion to approve: KB8VTN and AA8YY. Approved

Work on the Repeater Shack 11/1/25 after breakfast

FCARC Christmas Party: 12/27/25 6:00PM at Rotary Park Wauseon. Catered with commercial clean up. Perfect Pair Catering attended the meeting, food choices within our budget presented including kids’ buffet. They request a head count seven days prior or at our November meeting. Santa Claus? 50/50 raffle? Games?

VE Testing: The club gives testing at 10:00 am the last Saturday of each month at the Wauseon Administration Building Firemen's Training Room, 230 Clinton Street, Wauseon, OH 43567.
