3/17/25: The meeting was called to order at the Wauseon Municipal Building Firemen's Training Room, 230 Clinton Street, Wauseon, OH 43567 at 7:00 pm by Bryan Patterson (KB8ELG). 25 members were in attendance, introductions were made and the Pledge of Allegiance was given.

Treasurer's Report: reported by Jan Tropf. Balance and deposits reported. Motion to approve finance report: KE8VFR and KC8HDG. Approved

Vote for adoption of updated bylaws via paper ballot. Ballots also received from members out of town/unable to attend. Ballot results tallied by trustees: KC8PCU/KE8BHW/KE8VFR. 26 votes for the proposed by-laws. 1 vote against proposed by-laws. Resolution carried.

FCARC Field Deployment Practice (formerly Ham and Coffee): second Saturday of each month, weather permitting. Next will occur Saturday April 12, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, location TBD. Opportunity to operate portable radio, POTA if desired. Contact KE8OKA or AA8YY for questions. 

Jan Tropf requested help with upcoming events in Wauseon May through September. Will continue to discuss. 

Summer/Winter Hamfest. The Delta American Legion Post No. 373. Various discussion ensued.
