 For those who may be less familiar with Wauseon, Rotary Park, also known as Rotary Shelterhouse is located a 600 Wood St. Wauseon, OH.  I believe this is the same location the party was held at last year.

10/20/25: The meeting was called to order at the Wauseon Municipal Building Firemen's Training Room, 230 Clinton Street, Wauseon, OH 43567 at 7:01 pm by President Bryan Patterson (KB8ELG). 21 members and guests were in attendance in-person and virtually via livestream and the Pledge of Allegiance was given.

Corrections to Minutes from Previous Meeting: none

Treasurer's Report: reported by Jan Tropf.  Motion to approve finance report by KC8HDG/KE8VFR:  Approved. 

Work on the Repeater Shack 11/1/25 after breakfast. Contact KE8BHW for more information. 

FDP 11/8/25. Oakwood Park in Napoleon. 11:00am after breakfast. 

Wauseon Christmas Parade 11/22/25. Please arrive at 5:00PM, parade will begin at 7:00PM. KE8ITJ float.

Winter Hamfest 12/6/25 9:00am-1:00pm. The Delta American Legion Post No. 373. Tables are all sold. Some have pre-paid. Three people in reserve. Courtesy tables for neighboring clubs. Inside breakfast. Food trucks outside. Post heaters for outside? Club swag lanyards arrived. 

FCARC Christmas Party: 12/27/25 6:00PM at Rotary Park Wauseon. Catered with commercial clean up. Perfect Pair Catering, food choices within our budget presented including kids&rsquo; buffet. They request a head count seven days prior or at our November meeting. Santa Claus? 50/50 raffle? Games? 

VP report: N5XDM grateful for participation in Emergency Services Net. No Emergency Services Net in December. 

Delta and Wauseon Police generously donated decommissioned radio equipment. 

KB8ELG: Planning a class to construct LiPO4 Go Packs

2026 Officers Election: KE8OKA will be stepping down from Recording Secretary position.

   - Sunday at 7:00pm on the 3rd Sunday is the Emergency Services Net&mdash;147.195+
   - Sunday at 7:00pm on the 5th Sunday is the DMR Net on Brandmeister 3171544 (K8BXQ).
   - Weeknights at 10:30pm Bud's Midnight Madness Net -- 147.195+
   - Wednesday at 8:00pm Wednesday Night Net

VE Testing: The club gives testing at 10:00 am the last Saturday of each month at the Wauseon Administration Building Firemen's Training Room, 230 Clinton Street, Wauseon, OH 43567. Saturday morning breakfast at the Delta 109 at 9:00 AM, in downtown Delta, OH.

The next regular club meeting will be 11/17/25 7:00PM at the Wauseon Municipal Building Firemen's Training Room, 230 Clinton Street, Wauseon, OH 43567. Please plan to bring a Show and Tell piece of equipment

A motion to adjourn was made by KC8HDG and seconded by W8TUX and all were in favor.  KB8ELG closed the meeting at 8:12pm
