6/16/25: The meeting was called to order at the Wauseon Municipal Building Firemen's Training Room, 230 Clinton Street, Wauseon, OH 43567 at 7:04 pm by President Bryan Patterson (KB8ELG). 18 members were in attendance in-person and virtually via livestream, introductions were made and the Pledge of Allegiance was given.

Treasurer's Report: reported by Jan Tropf. Balance and deposits reported. Motion to approve finance report: Approved.

Summer Hamfest 6/7/25 9:00am-1:00pm. The Delta American Legion Post No. 373. Many positive reviews

Payment to American Legion for Winter Hamfest 12/6/25. Motion: KE8BHW and KC8PCU. Approved

FCARC Field Deployment Practice was held Saturday June 14 at Delta Reservoir. Good successes on HF voice and FT8. New equipment tried, troubleshooted and repaired a broken end-fed antenna. Next FDP will be July 12 during Delta Chicken Festival, bus garage area.

.Jan Tropf requested help with upcoming events in Wauseon May through September.

Memorial Day Parade 5/26/25. Many Club members assisted with traffic control and safety of parade route

Wauseon Super Cruise: 6/17/25. Four FCARC members volunteered to help park cars. Simplex 146.46

Threshers Parade 6/28/25. Arrive at 0930. Please bring high-vis apparel and HT

Wauseon Fireworks 7/3/25

ARRL Field Day 6/28/25 at York Park, County Road 10 and E. Will begin at 2:00PM (1800 UTC) to 6/29/25 2059 UTC. May set up the night prior.

Swanton Fireworks. Same day at Field Day. Not planning to help

Delta Chicken Festival Parade: 7/12/25 1000

KE8BHW proposed Budget Committee for events. Requests KE8ITJ and N5XDM to be on committee

FCARC Christmas Party: 12/27/25 6:00PM at Rotary Park Wauseon. Catered with commercial clean up. Santa? Photographer? $350 to rent facility. Motion to approve: KB8TYN/KE8QFJ

N5XDM discussed hands on classes, apologized for not leading earlier this year per family situations.

KE8OKA discussed ARES, discussing with KA8VBR. KB8ELG elaborated, discussed benefits of monthly FDP, including possibly VHF passing traffic including to another club

VE Testing: The club gives testing at 10:00 am the last Saturday of each month at the Wauseon Administration Building Firemen's Training Room, 230 Clinton Street, Wauseon, OH 43567. Saturday morning breakfast at the Delta 109 at 9:00 AM, in downtown Delta, OH.

The next regular club meeting will be 7/21/25 7:00PM at the Wauseon Municipal Building Firemen's Training Room, 230 Clinton Street, Wauseon, OH 43567.

A motion to adjourn was made by KB8TYN and seconded by KE8UJA all were in favor. KB8ELG closed the meeting at 8:53pm
