[FCARC] simplex net for tonight - if not postponed, please use 146.460

Hello All -

As the subject line states, depending on the severity of the called-for 
storms that we have coming through at 7-8-9 PM this evening, I may 
postpone or cancel the Sunday Evening Simplex Net - I'm certain no one 
wants to endanger their radio equipment OR themselves to possible 
lightning damage by trying to use outside antennas for a non-emergency net.

IF, the net stays in place, I will make a few calls beforehand, on the 
repeater and on 146.460, to make certain people are aware of the 
circumstances.
