[FCARC] Snow emergency level

Good afternoon everyone.  As of 1300 local I see Fulton County as well as Henry County as well as Williams are still under a level 2.

At this time we will be advising anyone traveling to the meeting to travel only if you are comfortable doing so. If  by chance Fulton County goes to a level 3, the meeting will be immediately canceled. Even if the city of Wauseon is at a level 2 or lower. We will not have people attempting to attend a meeting in such adverse conditions.

Please monitor the club repeater 147.195 for any updates...
