[FCARC] FCARC FDP Field Deployment Practice April through November

We will have Field Deployment Practice on the second Saturday of the 
month from April through November.

The times are from 8:30am to 11:30am

The location will change month by month.

The location for April FDP will be the Mallard Lake pavilion at Oak 
Openings.
