[FCARC] Repeatet

Good morning everyone. This morning we had a carrier on the repeater that
was on top of those in there for the morning talk around. Adam shut down
the repeater for the time being so it won't harm itself. If someone could
check it later and see if it goes away and bring the repeater back up that
would be great. Thank you
