[FCARC] V.E testing and renewals.

Just a reminder from our lead V.E. that not only do they offer testing, but can assist on any renewals. This is a very valuable opportunity, trying to navigating the recent changes in the FCC & ULS web sights can be tricky. They are VERY skilled and experienced in all that is needed.

Hope to see everyone at the hamfest this weekend, where the V.E. team will be on-sight.
