[FCARC] Assistance request by Dene N5XDM

He is looking for assistance at removing some fiberglass poles from his 
rail fencing by Friday 4/19 - Just a couple days from now.

They are attached to current fencing via stay straps, so rather easy to 
just cut strap and lay pole down on ground.

Dene is located near Whitehouse.
