[FCARC] FDLog Utility for Windows

Hi folks,
For Field Day I usually set up a small logging network using FDlog on
Windows/mac/Linux.
Here is a link to a zip file with the Windows executable for fdlog. It is
self-contained and non-installing. I usually just extract it to a fdlog
folder on the desktop.

I've attached my cheat sheet for getting the program set up. The code we
will use is "23".
I'll stop out to the woodlot tomorrow morning to put a basic 2.4GHz wifi
access point (SSID is k8bxq, open access, no password). the software is
designed to be networked and keep a copy of the QSO DB on all
connected devices.
