Mark will be in the NW corner, south of the campers. David and Jack will be on the east side of the light pole, south of the campers. Bryan and Cody will be in the SE corner. Tony, Sandy, and I will be in the SW corner. Shane and his son will be on the west side, half way between Mark and our camp, just south of the light pole. Andy and Dan will be on the east side, half way between David and Bryan. We will need a small table, outside of the shack. Elected officials and first responders will be checking in at that location and will be signing a log sheet, before going in to sit with Craig1 to double click a mouse, and help us with education points. Ryan and Ed will be handling this so if they are busy and someone arrives there to check in, please contact them on the HT. All Techs and visitors are also encourage
> d to be part of the education as well. These are big points and every point counts. There will be a lot of pictures and videos taken that day. If you prefer not to be in anything that is posted to social media, please let either Ryan or Gretchen know this so it can be avoided. Again, it is highly recommended that you tape off your antenna area, as well as any potential trip/slip hazards. Sandy's camper is going in the NW corner. The remaining campers will have space along the NE side of the property. Ed is willing to help get those campers into place so please see Ed when you arrive and he will help you get situated. We are hoping for everyone to be set up by 12:00-12:30 on Saturday so that we can do a test run to see if there is any interference between stations and adjust anything that needs to be adjusted in order to pull this off. Make sure you have plenty of extension cords, if you require power. As Bryan has mentioned, please have an HT with you at your station. If any
> one has a malfunction and needs help or if you are ready for a break and would like someone to take over and fill in for you, using the HTs are the easiest way to get the fastest help. The goal is to keep as many stations on the air as possible, especially the digital stations. We now have someone for every band and mode, except 75m phone and 2m phone. Equipment will be available for both stations, we just need people to run them. Food volunteers are still needed. Bryan will have pork and kraut available and Ed has said he will have baked beans for us. Anyone want to add a few sides and some buns, condiments, paper plates, ect? Many hands make for cheap work and light work. If you will not be operating under the club call, please, please, please do your part to help the club and make contact with our stations from home or wherever you might be. Again, every point matters. Thank you to everyone who has helped to plan this out and make this happen. Thank you to all of the oper
> ators who will be putting in the work. Lastly but certainly not forgotten, thank you Roth family, for once again giving us a place to come together as a club, and compete in the biggest weekend in amateur radio. Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend, as we attempt to get a new club high score.
