[FCARC] simplex net

SO -

I was just talking to Fred KE8UJA on the phone, and he mentioned that 
someone was on the radio Sunday night asking about the simplex net, and 
to whether or not it was on or not - well, DUH - your net controller for 
the simplex net hadn't thought about the week of the month, just that 
there was a net on Sunday night and he couldn't check in because he was 
busy with other things.

HAD, he been smarter, he would have known what week of the month it was, 
and been behind the mic to run the simplex net.

I apologize for missing the net, I hope someone might have picked it up 
and tried to run a bit on simplex, not expecting perfection of the net 
but at least carrying it forward so that everyone had a net to be a part of.

IF - this happens again, PLEASE someone call me at 419-335-6460 and I'll 
fall down the steps and get the radio wound up.
