[FCARC] Reminder About Swanton Fireworks Tonight

Hi folks,

As a reminder, the Swanton PD has requested our assistance with parking for
the fireworks this evening. The festivities at Memorial Park are an all-day
event, with food trucks, activities, etc. The Swanton PD has requested us
to be there by 5:30 PM at the old PNC bank (now Soaring Software) next to
Fessenden Hardware.  I've attached a map for the parking zones, but here is

Please equip yourself with a 2M radio on 146.520 simplex and a spare
battery, if you have it. A few of us will have spare HTs in case they are
needed. And don't forget to charge your cell phones! Also consider bringing
water, sun protection (although it should be late enough in the day), a
safety vest if you have one, and a good flashlight.  We are in need of as
many personnel as we can muster.

It is an early start time, but because it is an all-day event, the Swanton
PD wants help with the parking zones and managing the direction of traffic
if they fill up.
