[FCARC] Summer Hamfest is Four Weeks Out

Hi folks,

The Summer FCARC Trunk Swap is just 4 weeks away.  As always, please find

The committee met this afternoon to firm up details.   As usual, we are
registered with the ARRL. We also will be drawing for door prizes and a
50/50 raffle. There will be VE testing offered at 9:00 am, if you are a VE
and want to help out, please let KD8ZKE know.

Concessions/refreshments will be a little different this year, we are
contracting that out to the Coffee Depot out of Delta.  They will have
their food truck on-site for the event, with a variety of refreshment
options, all in accordance with county and state guidelines for COVID.

We do have a need for a few volunteers to assist with ticket sales,
parking, and directing sellers to appropriate locations.  If you can help
out with this, please let me know.  Plan on being at the event by 6:00 am
to assist with setup.
