[FCARC] OSPOTA wrap up

Well that explains it.  I spent all day tuning 40 as I am not set up for 
80.  Never heard you.  In fact, I believe I only heard about 4 of those 
44 parks all day.  Meanwhile, I worked all the Alabama QSO Party stations.
