[FCARC] No Delta Chicken Fest This Year

The club is usually called on to assist with radio communication for
everything from the fireworks, to the 5k run, and finishing up with the
Grand Parade. It looks like we will be taking a break this year, and while
disappointing, it is the responsible decision to make on the part of the
Delta Chicken Fest Organizers.
