[FCARC] Repeater Notice

Hello folks,

As a reminder, the primary repeater site is offline due to a failed power
supply.  KB8ELG will present several options at next Monday's Club meeting
to remediate the problem.

The backup site is scheduled to have utility power maintenance for a few
hours on February 19th, so be aware that system will be offline also.
