[FCARC] Delta Chicken Fest Parade Reminder

Our help for the Delta Chicken Festival parade has been requested by the
Delta PD again this year. Here are the details:

1. plan on being at the Delta Municipal Park by 1pm by the concessions stand
2. bring a charged HT, two if you have any doubts
3. if you have a lightweight safety vest, bring it, the club has a few but
they tend to be a little small
4. bring a hat! it will be mid-day sun and most likely hot if the weather
stays the same
5. sunscreen up also
6. the parade lasts about 90 minutes, but varies from year to year
7. we'll plan on using either the k8bxq repeater, or the k8li repeater if
there are signal strength issues.
