[FCARC] Tech classes.

We are coming very close to the deadline date for the classes. If you know of anyone wanting to take the classes, PLEASE get there info and $35 for study material and testing fee. We must have these BEFORE the cut off date of

20-Jan-2017.  If we do not have a minimum of 4 signed up we will need to postpone the classes until interest supports holding them.
