[FCARC] 2017 Amateur Events Calendar

I have compiled a download/PDF of various club related activities for 2017, 
along with regional hamfests and VE testing sessions.  As a reminder, starting 
in January 2017, testing will move to the Archbold Police Department at 9:00am.  
Testing is still the last Saturday of the month.  The Archbold Police Department 
is located at 405 E Lutz Rd, Archbold, OH 43502.
