[FCARC] OSPOTA, thanks for the great attendance

We had a great turnout for the Cookout at the OSPOTA 2015 Contest this 
afternoon.  Thanks to everyone who stayed around to help breakdown the antennas 
and clean up.  We had approximately 25 club and family members out for the
