[FCARC] Sunday's repeater doings...

Thanks to all who came out to help on Sunday, to move the old repeater
shack and to help program the CTCSS tone settings into the controller and
Kenwood repeater. It was a bear, it was hot, but we got some things done.

   Thanks to WB8ZOI, K8LI, KD8KBU, KB8ELG, and anyone I might have missed
due to heat exhaustion...

The old shack is now moved out of the fence.

The controller files have been updated, and the newest changes saved.

The Kenwood repeater is set for tone and the current files saved.

The duplexer was tested for desense again, and we changed some of the
connectors and the jumper from the duplexer output to the Polyphaser at
the antenna ground block. Maybe this will help somewhat.

The CTCSS tone access is a user function, so that the repeater can stay
in CSQ until it's necessary to put it in tone, when band conditions become
such that it hears all things and keys up on noise bursts and really low-
level signals that are on-frequency. Please be aware of this function,
and if you have questions please don't be afraid to ask.

I haven't tested it yet, but the 'tone bypass' should still be in place.
If you don't have tone programmed into your radio, and the repeater IS in
tone access, you can use your DTMF pad to open the repeater - use '195'
to access, and you can talk until the repeater returns to rest, so you
would have to be quick in answering a call from someone using this type
of access.

Y'all try and have a good week...
