[FCARC] quick notes from the meeting tonight

I do not have time to type up all of the meeting notes tonight, but I wanted to 
pass along one important note regarding the Wednesday night nets.  It was 
decided to merge the Emergency Services net with the Club Net and have that net 
starting at 8:00pm on 147.195+.  The net will begin with Emergency Services 
section and end with Club related announcements and a comments round table.  All 
club members are encouraged to participate, even if you only have time for an 
in-and-out check-in.

Next, anyone who wants to volunteer to help the day of the winter Hamfest should 
plan on meeting at 2:00pm on Sunday, November 29th at the Fulton Masonic Lodge 
in Delta (right next to the Library) to discuss the event and assignments.

Also, the is a ribbon cutting (or ground breaking, I wasn't quite clear on this) 
ceremony on 11/23 for the new County Emergency Services building across from the 
Fulton County Fairgrounds.  My full write up will have some interesting notes on 
this.

Last, if you plan on helping at the Archbold Festival of Lights, please meet at 
the Con Agra parking lot by 5:00pm on 11/27.
