[FCARC] Link error in meeting notes for EC Survey

Here's the link for the EC Survey - http://k8bxq.org/tmp/ECForm.php  There's an extra period on the end of the "php" extention causing a link error in the meeting notes. The link provided in the email will work. Also, I have completed the survey. That makes one more for the list.
