[FCARC] Festival of Lights Parade in Archbold

Bryan (KB8ELG) spoke with Tom Ross of the Archbold Police Department and they 
have requested our assistance again this year with the Festival of Lights Parade 
on November 29th.  That is all the details I have for now, but I am sure there 
will be more discussion at the club meeting on the 18th.
