[FCARC] Help needed for 5k at Widewater Retreat April 21

Hi folks, we were visited by Heather Kost (the new Fulton County EMA) at the 
club meeting Monday an informed there was a 5k being run at Widewater Retreat in 
Liberty Center (on old US 24, right near the Maumee River) this Sunday.  We 
inquired to Rachel Kinsman from the Fulton County Health Center who stated that 
if we had a team of operators, they would be glad to have us assist with their 
5k race. Here are the details:

Location: Widewater Retreat, 4050 Old U.S. 24, Liberty Center
Time: Race Start 2:30pm, Volunteer Check In at 1:45pm

I know this is extremely short notice, but we should be able to handle it with 
10 or so stations.  Please contact myself at 419-466-4364 (kd8kbu at arrl.net), or 
Bryan Patterson at 419-822-5038 (kb8elg at hotmail.com) if you might be able to 
help.  Be sure to get a hold of either one of us. If we do not have enough 
volunteers to field the course, we may scrub for the day.

I tried to get as many details as I could since we have not assisted with this 
before.  The course will be partial trail and partial Old U.S. 24.  I know there 
is no power available so the base/net control will need to run off battery 
power.   It's a 2 mile course with 4 different starting corrals, so 4 different 
starting times.  The first one starts at 2:30 and then every 15 minutes.
