[FCARC] Repeater Upgrades

We are in the middle of an upgrade to a CAT300DXL controller at the main 
repeater site.  We worked this morning and early afternoon to install the 300DXL 
and RLS-1000B Remote Link Switch.  We have full repeater operation but have not 
programmed the scheduler for automated messages yet, so if you don't hear the 
automatic messages regarding the Midnight Madness net or the Club net, that 
would be why.  We are also still adjusting audio level properties but ran out of 
time today.  We'll try to schedule time for more work next week. We also 
installed a couple of fold down wall mounted tables in the shack and adjusted 
the power output levels on the amplifier. Further updates as events warrant.
