[FCARC] Pneumatic Mast Project Progress

There are not enough thanks to give to Tom Servos (KC8UOM) for his efforts in 
spearheading and organizing the club Pneumatic Mast project.  The amount of time 
and effort he has put into creating this for Field Day 2012 is greatly
