[FCARC] quick update

We had a great club meeting tonight.  We had 16 in attendance and handled basic 
club business.  I'll have minutes and notes posted up in a day or so.  A few of 
us stopped out to the backup repeater site afterwords to perform basic 
troubleshooting on the backup system after the lightning hit a few months ago.  
The prognosis is not good for the equipment, but the hardline and antennas may 
be in good shape.  We'll know more in about a week once we've had a chance to 
bench it.
