[FCARC] NWS Skywarn Storm Spotting Training (update)

Keith (KC8TCQ) Posted this up to the Facebook Page, this is relevant to anyone 
interested in attending the class:

Just to let everyone know. due to budget issues the NWS has asked us to drop one 
of the Spotter training sessions being hosted in Napoleon. So if anyone wishes 
to attend 2012 spotter training the only session available is the 7:00 PM class.
