[FCARC] Upcoming contest!

There is A neat little contest in The upcoming Month that you can be A part of either in the field or at Home.
Here are the details.
 
2013 Two Meter VHF Contest sponsored by Ashtabula County ARES
 
Objective-Make as many two meter simplex contacts to any
licensed amateur during the allotted contest time.
 
Remember during an actual emergency, resources may be stretched
and reliable simplex operations for traffic handling, shelters
and basic emergency communications will be vital.
 
RULES
1. Open to all licensed amateurs.
2. Contest runs from January 12th, 12pm local time to January 13th, 12pm
local time.
3. Contacts can made on any two meter frequencies. (No Repeaters)
4. Contacts can be made as fixed station, mobile, portable or any
combination there of.
5. Logs must be submitted to WD8PVB

6. Logs must be post marked or E-Mailed by February 1, 2013.
7. Logs must contain: Call sign, Time, Frequency, Mode, Date and Scoring info.
8. Scoring will be as follows.
1 point for non-ARES contact
2 Points for ARES member
3 Points for ARES officer
4 Points for all Digital Contacts --- Please log mode, CW, PSK, MT63, SSTV
etc.
50 Points for Submitting a Log.
A station may by worked on Phone and Digital ( Each counts as a good
contact. )
9. Certificates will be given to the top 3 scores in each County in ARES District 10
The top 3 logs from outside of District 10 will also receive a certificate.
