[FCARC] April Meeting Notes: a slight delay

Hi folks, I was not able to attend the April club meeting last Monday, and have 
not had an opportunity to get the meeting notes from the other club officers.  
I'll hopefully have those to send out this week.

In other news, we worked on the repeater building out at the hospital this 
afternoon.  We were able to finish the interior electrical and run a 25 foot 
trench, lay conduit, and get everything ready for hookup to the mains.   
Remaining tasks are bringing in the hard line, mounting an air conditioner in 
the wall, and moving the equipment, including hooking up the new controller.  
When warmer weather sets in, we should also consider another coat of paint on 
the building.
