[FCARC] Reminder, VE Testing this Saturday

Our VE testing session will be this Saturday although the time and place have 
changed:

Location: Delta Public Library
Date/Time: Saturday Sept 24th, 12:00pm

We are moving the location and time to accommodate the technician class we are 
conducting.  We have at least 4 scheduled, so walk-ins are welcome.  All other 
fees and policies apply,  bring a copy of your license if you are upgrading!
