[FCARC] February Club Meeting Status

 At this time we are still planning on holding the monthly club meeting
on February 21st at the County Administration Building (same location as
the BMV/License Bureau). The club meeting will be at 8:00pm (note the
time change for this meeting.).  Thanks to Brian Patterson for working
diligently with the County Commissioner to find us a temporary spot
until a more permanent home can be finalized.

With regards to the February meeting, we have moved the start time back
thirty minutes to account for visitation services for Nelles Roth
(W8UPR).  We know many of the club members will want to attend this
service and we had contemplated postponing or canceling the regular club
meeting.  Upon consideration of the timing of the two events, we feel
having the club meeting later in the evening will allow for club
business to be addressed while also offering fellow hams some time to
reminisce and exchange stories.

As members of the Fulton County Amateur Radio Club, we are interested in
what your opinions are with regards to proceeding with the February
meeting.  We have had suggestions to push the meeting back a week, or to
postpone it all together until March.  Please let me know what your
opinions are and we can correct our plans accordingly.
