[FCARC] Some good news for our club repeater

Very quickly, the county got a second opinion/assessment on the hospital 
repeater tower.   Based on that report, the county sees no need to move any of 
the current antenna load, even after the new 800 system is installed.  The long 
and short is that for us, nothing changes.  We do not have to move our gear to 
the backup site, so we will not be at the repeater site this weekend.  This is 
very good news indeed, so please share it.
