[FARReps] FAR Fest reporting

Many of you said you wanted to send a letter about the most recent 
FAR Fest, last September 2006.  Some have already arrived--thanks to 
those who have written.

Whether or not you said you would, if you want to write to FAR about 
FAR Fest 2006, your reports, observations, and opinions would be 
welcome.

It's been slightly longer than two months, and timeliness is 
important.  If you have any thought of writing, consider this a 
reminder and please do get your letter in.
