Again this year, tables are available to clubs free of charge, with the
following two changes over the past years.

Clubs that request a Free table or tailgate space are requested to
volunteer as a club for a minimum of two hours at FARFest.

Most of the volunteers we need are for selling tickets at the gates,
this normally requires between 3-4 folks for the two hour period at the
gate for a total of 6 - 8 man-hours from each club. In order for
individual members to be eligible for a free ticket, they must perform
2 hours of volunteer work for FARFest. Please see below for what
volunteers are needed and how to sign up.

Clubs may have one free table if the above requirement is met,
additional table must be paid for at the rate at the time of written
request is received. However, with the limited number of tables this
year, the FARFest staff reserves the right to bump a club and replace
that space with a paying vendor. Before this happens, we will give the
club being bumped the option of either paying for the table or electing
to use a tailgate space instead.

Volunteers-

Volunteers are needed for tickets sales primarily between the hours of
6AM - 2PM on Saturday and from 6Am - 2PM on Sunday. The minimum shift
to qualify for a free ticket is two hours, this is less than the three
and four hour requirements of the past, but also means we will need a
few more folks. Ultimately we would like to have clubs volunteer as a
club for a block of time.

If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Vikki Gigante at
vikkig at adelphia.net.
