Greetings, All:

I am writing again - with a much better list of clubs -- in an effort
to help [Virginia] Assistant Section Manager Woody Thompson arrange a
meeting so he and our new SM Glen Sage can meet and talk with
[Northern Virginia] ham club representatives and members.

The focus will be on the spectrum of League activities -- not just
ARES matters - and this meeting is for non-ARRL clubs as well.

Given the travel involved for Glen and Woody, it seems sensible to
gather on a Saturday. According to current their current meeting
sked, the best Saturdays are: 8/28, 9/23, and 10/7+14. But Friday
10/20 will also work.

So kindly reply to me, picking your top 3 of those in priority order,
with an eye to interesting club members as well as officers.

And if any of your clubs will actually meet on one of those days,
please let me know. That might handily answer the question of where
to gather.

Thanks in advance for your help in making this a productive
gathering, and letting me know at your earliest convenience so we can
keep the ball rolling.
