Old Business:

  -- Auto-Call: William Hatfield (W3QX) gave the Auto-Call report.
The deadline for articles submitted for the Autumn, 2005
edition of Auto-Call is June 15. However, if and only if your
club has an article and/or pictures from "Field Day," the
deadline is extended to June 29.

Auto-Call articles may be submitted by email to R. Mark
     Jones at <N5RMJ at ARRL.net>.

William (W3QX) asked for anecdotal submissions and first hand
articles written by past scholarship recipients.

-- Scholarship: Diane Zimmerman (AA3OF) reported that the deadline
for scholarship applications for this year has passed. She also
reported that $100 had been received from the Montgomery County
Amateur Radio Club to be used for FAR Silent Key scholarships.

-- FARFest: FARFest 2005 will be held Saturday and Sunday,
September 10 and 11 at the Montgomery County (MD) Fairgrounds in

Help is also needed during the ‘Fest for ticket sales at the
