AutoCall - Vice President William Hatfield, W3QX, reported on AutoCall. A
contesting editor is needed for the magazine. The fall issue will be sent
out July 25th. The winter issue’s deadline is September 15th. Articles
about what happened to former scholarship winners is something we need for
Auto Call.

Web Site - William, W3QX, asked for help on the web site for FAR. He hopes
the web can evolve into a collaborative effort like Auto Call. Lots of
volunteers and knowledge needed.

F.A.R. Fest - Dan Blasberg, KA8YPY, discussed the hamfest. Volunteers are
needed. Contact Dan to volunteer. See www.FARFEST.org
<http://www.FARFEST.org> for more info on the F.A.R. Fest. The 2005
Hamfest is September 10 and 11 at Gaithersburg.

Old Business: No progress yet on the by Laws rewrite.

The meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.

The location of the next FAR meeting will be at Fire and Emergency Services
building in Landover, Maryland.
