Please help resolve undeliverable mail for the following individual

He is apparently not receiving mail from this list.

If you know him and he is the representative of a FAR member, or the 
executive officer of a FAR member, please have him contact me, 
subject FARReps addresses, at w3qx at qsl.net so his address can be 
fixed in the list.

PS--I appreciate third parties jumping in and giving me new addresses 
for these people and I hope this isn't misinterpreted but:  What I 
want to do is exchange mail with the people themselves.  For example, 
if you know Mr. Vincent's email, have him contact me with the 
correction, and so on.  Thanks.
