There is 'no subject' and nothing in the body of the message.

Was there a point to this message?  Was it a "test" message?
Was it sent in error?

If it was a "test" message, it should have been noted as such.

If it was sent in error, a follow up 'apology message' should
have been sent *immediately.*

Otherwise, this type of message is nothing more than inexcusable
'Internet QRM.'
