Just a heads up, there are numerous 18650 batteries on the web, eBay, Amazon, that claim to be 5000, 6000, or even 9800mAh. None of these are real. The best 18650 today can be made to 3600mAh I believe & it costs > $25 each. So these eBay/Amazon specials for $2 or so, are all bogus.
I bought some before thinking about this & tested them. The ones I got UltraFire 9800mAh got up to ~ 560mAh, that right about 1/20th of the claimed 9800mAh ~ 5.7% of the claimed power.
