None of these are real. The best 18650 today can be made to 3600mAh I believe & it costs > $25 each. So these eBay/Amazon specials for $2 or so, are all bogus. I bought some before thinking about this & tested them. The ones I got UltraFire 9800mAh got up to ~ 560mAh, that right about 1/20th of the claimed 9800mAh ~ 5.7% of the claimed power.
