[FARC] Winter field day

So a status report, according to the rules we can have the RV but can't run the propane heater.   We can use ceramic heaters powered by generators.   We have a 36ft vertical antenna and maybe some dipoles that can be deployed.   Right now we are trying to get an over night permit to operate out at washington moment state park.  Will keep everyone posted on the progress toward winter field day.
