"Get your ham-radio license" was the advice given by Popular Mechanics in their Special Edition dedicated to survival.

One would think the ARRL PR department would be aware of such articles to ensure more than a 5 word sentence. 

Does anyone know if they advertise in magazines like PM that cater to potential hams? I think they should.
